  3. After retraining the model copy, an avatar is produced.
  4. Upon avatar creation, both the model copy and the uploaded photo are permanently removed from our servers. We enforce specific limits on avatar usage under certain conditions (e.g., using explicit images, or photos of other individuals without their approval).
  5. Your personal information is never used for general model training or for developing independent AI products.

  3. Feedback Data: When you reach out to us for support or to provide feedback, we collect the information and materials you submit, along with your contact details (such as phone number and email address). This allows us to respond to you, address your questions, and offer customer support.
  4. Facial Recognition: When you use face editing or synthesis features, we automatically detect the position and shape of your facial features, analyze this information to process your photos, and return the edited results to you. We do not store these photos, videos, facial feature data, or results, nor do we share them with any third party. This processing is done solely to operate the facial recognition function and improve your results. If your video editing involves someone else’s facial features, you must inform that person and obtain their consent.
  5. Cloud Processing: To enable fast and accurate image and video processing, we may upload your materials or material tags to a cloud server for effect processing. Uploaded materials or tags are used only for image/video effect processing through relevant features. We do not retain these materials, tags, or related data longer than necessary.
